You've already discovered what we stand for as a company, but despite a diverse range of collective interests from classic car restoration, golf, cross country running and climbing we really do (yes, really) share a passion for going over and above for our clients. Since 1998, we’ve built up a wonderful client base, many of whom come back time and time again and we would sincerely love to look after your sale or rental too.
Meet The Team
Steve Alford - Director
Away from work (when it happens), it has been said that my hobby is hobbies! I'm an active restorer of rusty old cars, amateur clay pigeon shooter and ham fisted guitarist amongst many other things. As a father of two young children, my guilty passion is that I'm never more content than when we can hitch up the caravan for a crafty long weekend away as a family.
Oliver Williams - Lettings Manager
I’ve been Lettings Manager at Robert Williams for five years and enjoy being part of the small team we have here. I love sport and can be found on one of Devon’s football pitches most Saturday afternoons!
Colin Cannon - Sales Consultant
After 36 years of working as an estate agent, I must now be considered the "father of the office". Over these years I have worked mainly with rural and country properties, as well as land. I have always owned old houses and am naturally drawn to them, particularly old cottages and farmhouses and at present live in a barn conversion. A country boy at heart!
Robert Williams - Director
When offered the chance to 'turn off' for a while, you'll usually find me perfecting my swing on the local golf courses or enthusiastically shouting encouragement at an Exeter Chiefs rugby match. If not there, my wife and I try to indulge our shared passion of traveling off of the beaten track as often as possible.
Emma Scobie - Lettings consultant
Being Exeter born and bred, and a busy mother of two, I love meeting new people and traveling all over Devon looking after our large and diverse lettings portfolio of properties. In my spare time I enjoy meeting up with friends and family.
I’ve joined Robert Williams in 2017 and love being part of the team here. It’s also my first time working in Exeter and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the city. Away from work I can often be found attempting to build a big break in the local snooker hall!
