Owner Comments

We have loved living in Preston with its easy access to Bowleaze and the sea, where we have enjoyed many family days on the beach with great opportunities for swimming, snorkelling on the reef and windsurfing in the bay. We've been spoilt for choice with walking as both coastal and inland routes are at hand and a short drive takes you into the lovely Dorset countryside. Working in both Weymouth and Dorchester we found the commute easy with decent road and cycleway access and a regular train service from Upwey. Poole is only 40 minutes away and Salisbury or Southampton and the New Forest are 90 minutes by car. Preston has everything we needed with doctors, post office, hairdressers, pubs, garden centre and shops in easy reach and a cash machine at Chalbury Corner. Enjoy the views with a BBQ in the garden with friends and neighbours, catch the bus or walk to town and enjoy all Weymouth has to offer.
