You've already discovered what we stand for as a company, but despite a diverse range of collective interests from classic car restoration, golf, cross country running and climbing we really do (yes, really) share a passion for going over and above for our clients. Since 1998, we’ve built up a wonderful client base, many of whom come back time and time again and we would sincerely love to look after your sale or rental too.

Robert Williams Estate Agents Team

Meet the Team

Oliver Williams
Director - Lettings

I joined the family company in 2009 and since then have enjoyed learning the business and being part of the small team we have here. No day is ever the same, one minute I’ll be working on our latest marketing campaign, the next I’ll be in a roof space trying to identify the cause of a leak. I love sport and can be found on one of Devon’s football pitches most Saturday afternoons!

Robert Williams

When offered the chance to 'turn off' for a while, you'll usually find me perfecting my swing on the local golf courses or enthusiastically shouting encouragement at an Exeter Chiefs rugby match. Having worked in property for over 40 years, I like to think I know a thing or two and I’m always happy to share my knowledge over a glass or red wine or a real ale.

Emma Scobie
Sales Negotiator

I am Exeter born and bred, and a busy mother of two. I love meeting new people and helping our customers sell their properties or find the perfect one to buy. The only annoying thing is the Exeter traffic at rush hour, but luckily I know all the short-cuts and rat runs!

In my spare time I enjoy meeting up with friends and family.

Suzanne Collins
Sales Negotiator

I started my property career selling fishermen’s cottages in Padstow when Rick Stein put it on the culinary and property map and have worked for a number of agents in Exeter over the years. When I’m not thinking about property I am probably either trying to grow things in the garden, out and about looking for rare butterflies, or planning my next trip having lived and travelled abroad quite a bit. Like my no frills travels my ideal home would be a beach shack with a sea view balcony and hammock on a remote tropical island… !

Richard Copus
Auction & Sales Consultant

I love older property which has led me to specialise in listed buildings and conservation areas and I lived in a barn conversion for many years. Those who know me say I like to talk a lot which is probably why I was attracted to auctioneering and the power of wielding the gavel! My hobbies include travelling and hash house harrying (look it up!).

Madeline Stapleton
Lettings Negotiator

I have worked in lettings for the past five years and enjoy the variety of aspects that are involved; starting with valuations, through to finding the right tenant for the property. In my free time I enjoy cooking and entertaining, having lived in Italy for twenty years I always cook Italian. I’m never happier than having a table full of friends serving either a four-course dinner or a simple lunch. Another passion of mine is travel and I love immersing myself in different cultures and tasting the cuisine.

Sarah Coleman
Lettings Negotiator

I have a real soft spot for interior design and love seeing such a mixture of different properties, areas and meeting new people. I am your typical nosy neighbour but for looking into properties not out of them. I recently got married and spend most of my time with my family, watching Exeter Chiefs and exploring the South West and beyond.
