The successful applicant(s) will become the resident(s) of the property and will be required to pay a maintenance contribution equal to £600pcm. The applicant must meet the following criteria:
1. You must be a present, long term resident of Newton Abbot (over 5 years).
2. You must be considered to be economically poor/in need and ideally in receipt of Housing Benefit.
3. You must be 50 years old or over. No children are allowed however adult dependents may be considered.
This eligibility criteria is non-negotiable due to the charitable objectives of the Trust.
