To locate the property from the A.30 dual carriageway, proceed around Okehampton and take the exit signposted Bude. Proceed along the A3079 and through Halwill Junction. After a further 3 miles, turn left at the junction onto the A3072 signposted Holsworthy. After about 2 miles, DO NOT take the turning signposted Hollacombe, but proceed a further mile to Anvil Corner. signposted Hollacombe and Ashwater. Turn left here. After a quarter of a mile DO NOT turn left signposted Hollacombe, but take the following turning left at the brown camping site sign at Staddon Cross. Proceed along this road for approximately three quarters of a mile and Lanes Farm will be clearly seen on the right hand side.
