There is a regular bus service that runs into Exeter City Centre and Pinhoe is also conveniently located close to the M5/A30, Sowton Business Park and Exeter Science Park. To get into the city centre takes 10-15 minutes by car.

DIRECTIONS

Driving out of the city centre, take the B3212/Pinhoe Road all the way until the traffic lights opposite Sainsburys at which point you bear left onto the B3181. Continue on then at the traffic lights turn leftto stay on B3181 towards Pinhoe. At the roundabout turn right into Station Road and the property is on the right.
